The objective of soil workflow is to perform a statistical analysis of different soil samples features like soil erodibility, density, stability, hydrophobicity, pH, grain size, electric conductivity, organic matter, and carbon sequestration. The workflow’s input could be a user-provided file (SPSS and XLSX format) or directly obtain data from the database. The workflow starts with an initial normalisation/standardisation of the data and ends with a PCA (Principal Component Analysis) of the different soil samples.
